Here is my take on it... I love how this one came out. It's for my Niece's birthday her name starts with a B.
Supplies:
All solid card stock is the Joanns brand
Yellow scallop was punched with Fiskars punch
The floral print is me & my BIG ideas
Tulle for the flower
and then stamped Yippee!! in black ink.
